Handy to ocean and bay beaches, as well as sheltered river picnic and swimming areas.Great fishing in all of these areas, local charters available.Local wineries, amusement parks for the kids and Day Spa centre also in area. Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road at doorstep .
There is a cubby house in the secure back yard, and free tennis courts within walking distance
Quiet and relaxing area. Ocean views from upstairs. Great atmoshere in open plan family area with lots of windows and pleasant outlook, cosy wood fire, air con, lots of offstreet parking including double carport.
