"Seascape" is luxury accommodation, accommodating 8 people comfortably.

It is located close to restaurants, shops, clubs, patrolled surf beaches, pools, harbour, children's playground, golf course and less than 20 minutes to the famous Jamberoo Recreation Park.

There are some great local towns that are only a short drive away from "Seascape". These include: Kiama (14km), Gerringong/Gerroa (25km), Jamberoo (20km), Berry (37km) and Wollongong (20km).

Bowral, Robertson and Minnamurra Falls are only a short drive away.

"Seacape" House Description

"Seascape" is a lovingly restored hundred year old house comprising of 4 bedrooms each with its own individual personality. There are 2 queen bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds.

"Seascape" is flowing with character. You feel at home the minute you enter. There is a formal lounge and dining room, a reading room, informal dining and family room, luxury bathroom with a claw foot slipper bath, 2 showers, 2 toilets, and a fully equipped laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stainless steel oven and cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator, a microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen contains a large eating nook and stain glass windows that create a wonderful ambience.

All quality bed linen is supplied plus lush bath and beach towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a clothes line and vacuum.

There are magazines, a DVD player with DVD's supplied, a TV, games and books for your relaxation. The house contains a R/C air conditioner for your comfort and champagne on arrival.

Outdoor Living

"Seascape" contains a covered outdoor living area with a extendable teak table which can seat up to 14 people. There is also a stainless steel barbeque and an outdoor hot and cold shower located at the rear of the house. The front verandah of the house has a relaxing cane outdoor setting where you can sit back and relax with a cool drink and watch the world go by.

There is a single remote controlled gargage and ample offstreet parking. There is also a boat ramp near by wonderful for the boating enthusiasts and fishermen.
