We supply free all linen and bath towels and do not charge a cleaning fee provided house is left clean. This house is strictly for family use, it is not available for "schoolies" or party groups, it is in a quiet neighbourhood, now please read on! Three bedrooms , one with ensuite, all carpeted . The remainder of house has terra cotta floors throughout. All bedrooms have large sliding glass doors to keep the house cool. Flat grassed backyard, ideal for little children. The house is large with formal dinning room and lounge room plus rumpus room. The house has ocean glimpses and extensive bushland views. The house is approximately 300 meters to the beach or a 400 meter, 4 minute walk, it is set on top of a distinct hill overlooking Avoca Beach, it is accessed via a private road and is very quite and serene. The house is suitable for families. A romantic winter getaway can be had with the open fireplace and slow burning combustion stove, complementary firewood is supplied. Master bedroom has an ensuite with queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and sliding glass door onto west facing deck and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single above. There is a Japanese futon bed in the rumpus room.

Serenity on a hill

House has large west facing verandah ideal for lazy afternoon sleeps or cocktails to watch the sun go down! The backyard faces east and you can see the ocean and the sound of the waves as you shoot the breeze enjoying your morning coffee in peace. All this only 4 minutes walk from the golden sand of Avoca Beach. The laundry room has a modern washing machine and dryer. There is accommodation for two cars in the double garage. A dishwasher is located in the kitchen and you can cook up a storm on the undercover double BBQ's. Kitchen is well equiped.

Surfing, fishing and dive on THE ADELAIDE

Great diver's house, wash gear on drive lock and dry gear in double garage. See bouy at wreck from backyard.Avoca has some of the best rock and beach fishing on the central coast. The POINT at Avoca is famous for the perfect right handers it can produce for surfers. The beach breaks are great too and Copocabana is a 3 minute drive away if the wind is blowing north east. The beach is patrolled on holidays, remember , swim between the flags! National parks abound in the area for bushwaks and coastal observation/ sight seeing. The famous Avoca Beach Theatre is still in operation and is a real step back in time to a bygone era. Native birdlife abounds on the hill surrounding the house.
