As an option for smaller groups of up to 10, the 2nd level can be booked with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including ensuite. (Note: Ground floor is not rented separately). See rate structure below.
Living areas are spacious and the kitchens fully equipped with gas stoves, mircowaves, 3 large fridge/freezers plus freezer and full range of cooking and eating utenils.
A 2 vehicle carport ideal for unpacking your car in the shade or out of the rain.
There is a BBQ on each level.
Satellite TVs, DVDs and phone for local and incoming calls.

2 bedrooms. One with queen bed, other with 2 sets bunk beds.
Bathroom and separate toilet.
Kitchen - fully equiped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer.

BBQ on large deck with outdoor furniture.
Laundry with auto washing machine, large fridge/freezer, plus a freezer and storage area.
Top floor:
3 bedrooms. No.1 has queen bed with ensuite. No. 2 has double bed with set of bunk beds. No.3 has 2 sets of bunk beds. Separate bathroom/toilet.
Kitchen - fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, pantry.
Open living/dining area with bar, satelliteTV & DVD & CD player.
Power is supplied by state of art solar system with generator backup. Guests are requested not to bring any appliances with heating elements including hair dryers.
BBQ on large covered deck with outdoor furniture and ocean views.
