ASCOT HOUSE is suited to couples or small groups. It has four en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a spa bath. Situated only 1km from the centre of town, it sits on a one acre block with magnificent views of the Blackwood Valley. The well established garden provides an ideal place to lose yourself amongst the secluded rooms and ponds.

The modern kitchen includes dishwasher, twin oven, 5 burner cooktop, microwave, large fridge/freezer and is fully equipped with china, cutlery and cooking utensils - you need bring nothing but food and drink to whip up a feast for all. Dine on the balcony or in the unique atrium dining area.

Alternatively use the gas fired BBQ and the outdoor dining area.

For entertaiment the two lounge areas include TV, DVD/VCR, CD/Radio, books, games and puzzles. Or just gaze at the view or stars. The whole house has ducted heating and cooling.

The tariff varies depending on the number of guests and rooms occupied, the duration of stay and the time of year.
A few examples of the standard tariffs are:
One couple for two nights – $500; or $900 for a week
Four couples for two nights $900, for three nights $1200, or $1800 for a week.
There is a minimum two night booking condition.
