Positioned on the ground floor, our one bedroom unit is fully furnished, and caters for all your holiday needs ( all linen provided)
Just like a cosy B&B your home away from home.

The separate bedroom, comprises of single and queen size beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. A divider is supplied for extra privacy.
Separate ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity and accessories/hairdryer)

Also an ironing board and iron

The lounge area is separate and consists of:

- Two sofa lounges
- Television
- DVD/VHS (Including assorted DVD's)
- Books, Games, Magazines & other entertainment
- CD/MP3 stero with AM/FM Radio
- Fishing rod & reel storage unit (BYO equipment)

The kitchen and dining area, seats four and supplies:

- All crockery and cutlery
- Microwave
- All cooking utensils (pots, pans, accessories)
- Sandwich maker
- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Electric frypan
- Stove
- Refrigerator
Complimentary Pantry items, tea, coffee, sugar etc

Also two boogie boards, small sun shelter, beach mats, esky and more. (all to help you enjoy your break away)

The unit is non smoking (the bench chair is a good place to sit outside and have a cuppa while enjoying the early morning sunshine or the afternoon shade of course it's all about relaxing.)

Within the complex there is a swimming pool and laundry with washing machine and dryer (each costing $2.40.) Separate clothes line area available as well.
Offstreet parking with a public phone in front of the complex.

What to Do in Ettalong?

At Seaspray-Getaway, everything is within easy access.
Take a short stroll along the beach from your backgate and you'll arrive in no-time on the shores of Umina.
Or take the ferry to the beautiful Palm Beach for the day to see where Home & Away is filmed.
Organised fishing trips leave the wharf daily (bookings necessary) Why not drop a line in while enjoying a beer or a cuppa?
Love shopping? Then the weekend markets at Ettalong are a must, and can be found just across the road. Grab some hot pancakes or some popcorn and enjoy a movie at the indoor/outdoor cinemas as well!
Restaurants and Cafe's adorn the sidewalk, so whether you feel like Thai, Indian, Italian or a great latte - they're never too far away.
Down the street is the main shopping centre with Hairdressers, IGA store, Post Office, Newsagent, Bendigo Bank, with Medical Centre and Variety Shops.
Bus's are available in front of the units and Ettalong Hotel and Ettalong RSL are in walking distance.
Saturday night's host housie/bingo at the local Community Hall, again in easy walking distance. So why not try your luck and have a bit of fun!
