Your home away from home includes 81 cm Digital LCD TV and extensive DVD library. Beautiful presentation and attention to detail with quality cotton bed linen and Egyptian cotton bath towels supplied.

Beautiful Tallows beach is an easy five minutes walk along the bush track through the Arakwal National Park which edges this sparkling stretch of coastline. Watch the whales pass by from the shore of this glorious beach with the lighthouse at one end and Broken Head at the other. Witness the amazing sunrise and the exotic full moon rise over the most easterly beach in Australia. Great surfing, swimming and a beautiful beach for a long scenic walk. No crowds here. It's the perfect setting for a romantic getaway or a relaxing care free holiday.

This private and peaceful in town location is just out of the busy CBD and only 10 mins walk to The Green Garage organic green grocer and cafe offering great atmosphere and free broadband. A few minutes further and you are in the CBD.

Maximum number of guests is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years. On site parking is for one car only. A trailer, boat, caravan or mobile home cannot be accommodated on site. Pets are not allowed. Mandolin does not cater for schoolies.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings are 5 night minimum. Maximum guests 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age. A deposit of 50% of total tariff is required on booking. The balance and $300 refundable security deposit is due within 30 days of arrival. Payments are by EFT as credit card facilities are not available. Cancellations made outside of 30 days of arrival will be refunded. Cancellation fee $200. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival no refund on tariff. Check in time is after 2.00 pm check out is 10.00 am sharp. Late check outs will be charged $200 unless arranged at least 24 hours prior to check out day.

Pets are not allowed at Mandolin under any circumstances. No Smoking inside please. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if you do. Only registered guests are to stay overnight at the property. No parties or functions of any kind are allowed and no noise audible to neighbours after 9.00 pm. Your property is your responsibility. Mandolin is fitted with security doors and windows.

'The Asian style, tastefully done with your additions, from the flower arrangements to the bedding, artwork and pottery, (most of it your own I see,) was great. I also liked how in every corner of the garden and house there were little bits of artwork...it created a lovely homely feeling. The garden is just gorgeous and so green and tropical. You have very good taste and style indeed, Mandolin has a really good "feng shui" about it. Also, being able to hear the sea from the bedroom at night was very relaxing. For your convenience we recommend you hire a car if arriving by plane. There is so much to see and do in and around Byron and a car makes it all possible. Bike hire is another available option for getting around town.
