  • "Excellent accommodation at Ruby Rose Cottage -We had all we could possibly want including perfect weather! We are looking forward to a return visit soon."

  • "Tamarind Lodge was the most memorable place we've ever stayed for Easter. So therapeutic, so tranquil, and "the best place ever for an Easter egg hunt", according to my 11yr-old! We felt thoroughly spoilt by your generous hospitality, the superbly appointed rooms and kitchen, and the gorgeous gardens and grounds. Thank-you so much, Carole and Bob!"
    Karin, April 2010

  • "I can't recommend this property highly enough. The photos on the site just don't do it justice. We had a wonderful Christmas at Tamarind - the house is very well furnished and equipped and the situation delightful. Carole and Bob could not have been more helpful. We look forward to future visits."
    Christine, January 2010

  • "We stayed in the cottage and had a wonderful time! The house was lovely -- clean and full of character, and we enjoyed the visits from the local kangaroos. BBQs for dinner on the wood fire were lots of fun. The property itself was very beautiful... we especially enjoyed swimming in the dam. Sam & Stacey."

  • "Dear Bob and Carole, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your amazing home. The weather was perfect everyday, none of us had ever seen so many stars! Hitting golf balls was hours of fun and cooking delicious meals was how we spent our lazy days at Tamarind Lodge. Thanks again, we really enjoyed every minute, you made us feel so welcome when we arrived and it was certainly hard to leave. Love Clair and the gang"
    Clair, January 2009

  • "Dear Bob & Carole. Just a quick note to say thank you, thank you, thank you. We found Tamarind to be absolutely superb. Two adults and 3 teenage kids. It suited us to a tee. We all unwound from the stress of Sydney in your beautiful lodge. Even the kids who live for internet and mobile phones really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Carole your hospitality and attention to the little things are amazing. Bob your friendly chats and tours were great. Thank you both once again. Will we be coming back? We sure will. Dave & Debbie Laffan"

  • "What a fabulous time we had at Tamarind Lodge. I spent a week with my parents and 14 year old daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lazy days spent talking and eating on large verandahs and luxurious nights beside the massive stone fire and then walking outside to gaze up into the starry, starry night. Bob and Carole were warm and generous in sharing their beautiful home. We even were able to hit a couple of buckets of golf balls in our own driving range. A very special home with an elegant ambience. "
    Karen, July 2008

  • "Dear Carole and Bob, We wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay in June. The lodge is absolutely stunning - at the top end of our expectations. The weather wasn't the best, but we had a great time just relaxing by the huge open fire, while the kids ran around until their hearts were content. What we really appreciated was the attention to detail - the superb kitchen, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, even the kids cubbyhouse were all perfect. You are wonderful hosts - thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable. Best regards, Robert & Simone "
