Everything is provided for live-in comfort, TV, DVD, Stereo, tropical courtyard Barbecue and outdoor Garden area, sun umbrella, comfy chairs and a serenity that's hard to believe in the middle of town.

The living/dining room is cool in Summer and cosy in Winter.
The unit has been lovingly redecorated featuring open-plan Santa Fe-style terra cotta tiled living area.

Modern kitchen, Upstairs and downstairs bathrooms make life easy, 2 bedrooms can sleep four (double bed and twin singles) and the Bali-style day bed downstairs can sleep another.

Location & Attractions

Tucked away down a quiet lane, on the ground floor of a small set of apartments designed by award-winning architect Christine Vadasz.

The unit is literally over the road from the Community Centre and Radio Station BayFM and a one minute walk to the post office. Now that's Central!

The beach is just two blocks down the road and the Central Business District is at your doorstep. Go to the movies, visit a club or night spot, eat out at one of Byron's fine restaurants ... it's all just a stroll away.

Byron abounds in beach-oriented activities and other sporting adventures. From the obvious learn-how-to-surf, diving, kayaking, windsurfing and kiting, yachting to hang-gliding, parachuting, ballooning, ulra-light flying, gliding ... you name it. There are bus trips and walks to rainforest, waterfalls, climbing locations as well as more culture-based tours involving art and craft galleries and visits to the Nimbin frontier.

Musical and performance related events and venues, from the Internationally famous Blues Festival and Splendour in the Grass, to local concerts and performances, plus a plethora of do-it-yourself opportunities from Belly Dancing to Gourmet Cooking Classes, from Salsa to Swedish Massage, Clairvoyant Readings, African Drumming, Ukulele Lessons and Tantric Ear Candle Making.
