Your family will just love this huge executive house set alongside State Forest in one of Brisbane’s most exclusive suburbs. This large two-storey family home has 4 bedrooms, a study (or 5 bedrooms) an upstairs children’s play room, plus a formal living room. The main bedroom has a whole wall of built in wardrobes and an ensuite, the children have their own bathroom and separate toilet, plus there is a powder room downstairs. The home has fully ducted air-conditioning.

A secure fenced back yard makes this home child and pet friendly*. The home has a chef’s kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel fan forced oven, gas hotplate, and includes gourmet cooking items. If you have any specific cooking requirements, please don’t hesitate to ask. There is a large dining table and a covered patio for outdoor dining.

The laundry is fully equipped for family wash day.

The home is 12km from Brisbane city—as the crow flies—usually under a 25 minute drive; 5 minutes drive from the major shopping centre Westfield Chermside. Fantastic public & private schools and child care centres are close by; close to public transport; Carseldine Campus of Queensland University of Technology and St Paul’s International School are only a few minutes away; Nudgee International College is about a 10-15 minute drive. Prince Charles Hospital, Holy Spirit Chermside and Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre are only a few minutes drive.

The huge park at the end of our very quiet street has many concrete walking tracks and bike tracks. The signed walkways - great for family treks, on occasions we have seen scrub turkeys, koala’s and kookaburras. Many other restaurants, bakeries, extended hours pharmacy, convenience store & a 24 hour newsagency just a 5 minute drive away. Brisbane airport is usually about 20 minutes drive—allow extra time for peak times or if catching a plane.
