Our stay at Cockatoo House was very pleasant. It was the perfect place for a family on a short stay visiting the sights of Canberra. It was warm, well equipped and very functional. The kids loved the backyard. We will use it again.

Absolutely delightful property. The whole family loved it. So nice to be warm in the cold weather. Lovely hosts. Definitely plan to visit again.

Cockatoo House was great. Roomy and very warm it was the perfect base for our few days in Canberra and the snow. Louise was wonderful to deal with and the place was very user friendly for our 3 energetic young kids. We will be back next time we are in Canberra. No more sterile Canberra Motel rooms for us !!!!!!

Great House to visit Canberra from. We had an easy access to the places we wanted to see. The local Watson shops made shopping for our home cooked dinner easy. The house was warm (whilst frosty outside minus 5!) The pine look was very welcoming to the eyes and we noted the owners had acted on the suggestions of prior house visitors. THANKS. see you next year same time.

Cockatoo House is a great place to stay in Canberra,
The house is well appointed, spacious and comfortable.
It is situated approximately 10 minutes by car from central Canberra and I highly reccommend it as a family friendly place to stay. I would certainly book Cockatoo House if I was visitng Canberra again.
