Accommodating up to 4, Brighton Rose has 2 king sized bedrooms (both of which can be split to 2 single beds), main bedroom with walk through robes and ensuite. The second bathroom has a full sized bath with top quality fittings and granite benchtops.

The gourmet kitchen is complete with dishwasher and even has an in-built Miele coffee maker. Perfect for coffee lovers! A generous range of appliances and utensils are provided for those who like to cook up a storm.

Other features include 2 wonderfully peaceful courtyards complete with BBQ, secure off street parking with double garage, Foxtel, private phone line, air conditioning (in living area), and heating throughout.

Brighton is located in the Bayside municipality of Melbourne. Only 15 minutes south of Melbourne’s CBD, Bayside boasts 17 kilometres of stunning foreshore and beaches fronting Port Phillip Bay.

It is characterised by the picturesque coastline from Brighton to Beaumaris, water-based activities and quality residential areas featuring stylish homes and traditional shopping villages. There are substantial parks and reserves as well as numerous golf and yacht clubs which emphasis the area’s visual splendour.

Also adding to Bayside’s appeal are heritage buildings and sites, cultural facilities, art galleries and local festivals, excellent sporting and recreational facilities and significant areas of native vegetation.

Brighton Rose is just 50m from the Royal Brighton Yacht club, Brighton Life Saving club (800m), Middle Brighton train station under 1km.

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement

PET STAYS are welcome. We just add a $40 per week fee for additional cleaning and maintenance as we have found that no matter how gorgeous they are, most of them leave some of their fur behind!

All bookings include all bed linen, towels, local phone calls, all utilities, and interim or weekly cleaning (for stays of a week or longer)

Special events & public holidays attract surcharges and minimum stays.
