The apartment was great for budget accommodation. It is in a fantastic location for getting about Perth, easy to get on and off main freeways etc. It is close to shops and the river. It is comfortable and fairly safe for young children. I cannot say enough about how excellent the customer service was. Each and every email was polite, friendly and swift, and the owner went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable, including arranging very late check in and out, providing basic foods for us due to a very late flight in, and even calling to check everything was ok. I have never received such good service anywhere else, even 5 star hotels. The service was personal and exceptional. We would definitely stay there again and recommend anyone who needs budget accommodation stay there too. Thanks!!! Sue
