This beautifully appointed home sits high on the hill in a small clearing of forest with views through the treetops to the surrounding undulating valley.
Abundant bird life thrive on the property and there are regular visits from the resident kangaroos.

The Home and it's Immediate Surrounds

Architecturally designed, split-level with rammed earth and abundant use of glass, this home is in a class of it's own.
The open plan living area is ideal for entertaining or just relaxing in the warmth of the slow combustion wood fire. If more privacy is required the games room, complete with pool table, can be closed off. No matter where you are in this property the stunning forest surrounds are in full view.
Split levels and careful positioning gives each of the four spacious bedrooms their own private outlook. An ensuite leads off the master bedroom, while the main bathroom affords an indulgent deep bath.
Comfortable and harmonious furnishings complete the inviting atmosphere. The home is fully self contained with modern amenities.
Bedlinen is provided, however you must provide your own bath and beach towels. Other items may be hired on request from our on-site caretaker.
Sweeping lawns blanket the three tiers of retaining walls up from the bush to the paving immediately surrounding the house. Quality Jarrah garden furniture is provided along with a large gas BBQ.
A short walk leads to the property's own private creek and waterfall. Walk on a few hundred meters to meet the Margaret River and a choice of stunning walking trails.

Entry level;
Master: 1x Queen bed + 1x Double rollout sofa (deep-sprung)
1x Double bedroom is at the opposite end of this level
Second split-level:
1x Antique Double + 1x Single
The room opposite provides four Single beds, two in bunk format.

Situated in the heart of the Margaret River wine producing region just seven kilometres to the township and nine to Prevelly beach, this home suits any season.
A Mediterranean maritime climate ensures all seasons are pleasant, extending a wide range of attractions for your pleasure.
The Region is naturally endowed with beautiful beaches (swim/surf or fish!), forests and caves along with a vast selection of fine wineries and gourmet food produced locally at your fingertips.
The southwest of Western Australia is home to a thriving artistic community with many galleries and cultural experiences to be enjoyed.
