Surf, swim, snorkel, go on winery tours, walk to Caves house there's so much to do... or NOT to do. The choice is yours.
Facilities include: 3 Bedromms to sleep 6 people comfortably with 2 extra S/B matresses available. Carpets in all sleeping areas.
Living, Kitchen bathroom all tiled with pleasant art works and a neutral decor’.
Lounges(2) and extendable dining table for 6-8 people, reverse cycle air conditioner, satellite TV and video player.
The kitchen has all appliances, for cooking and eating including, new fridge, microwave, cook top / stove, mini oven, toaster, kettle, electric fry pan, and plenty of food storage space. Crokery, cutlery, wine and drinking glasses etc. are in plentiful supply.
The Bathroom has a shower bath (kid size) vanity and includes all laundry facilities incl W/Mach, iron , /board and , vaccume cleaner mop & cleaning materials.
The long / large Master Bedroom has Queen size bed and 2 lazy chairs, bedside tables and clothes hanging space plus 2 extra mattresses under the bed.
Brm 2: 2 x Single beds bedside tables and clothes hanging space .
Brm 3: 1 x Double Bunk bedside tables and clothes hanging space .
JUST BYO LINEN: All Bedrooms come with Dona's, doona covers, spare blankets and pillows. You need to bring top and bottom sheets for each bed, towels, and tea towel.
Outdoors: BBQ, Dart Board, Surf Board Racks, hot outdoor shower, (2) tables, (8)chairs, lounge, slow combustion heater, drop down blinds for the winter warmth and the gardens are safe enclosed and fully reticulated. They feature a huge mural and surf /wave sculptures. At the rear of the garden is a safe play area for children with trampoline, swings and climbing ropes. Plenty of parking too.

We kept find lots of goodies - books, videos, boogie boards, kitchen items - that made this feel like a real home and came in handy.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this for a great family holiday (or for 2 couples) at a simply super price.
Definately stay again, but when its a bit cooler, as no airconditioner in bedrooms.
We will come back if we have the opportunity
