ALL RATES ARE BASED ON FAMILY ACCOMMODATION (2 ADULTS + 2/3 CHILDREN). PLEASE ENQUIRE FURTHER FOR GROUP, COUPLES AND DOWNSTAIRS RATES. A BOND IS ALSO REQUIRED ON ALL BOOKINGS.



Surf Beach Getaway comprises of 2 self contained areas. There are no internal stairs. You may rent upstairs or downstairs, why not rent upstairs and downstairs together, this would be suitable for two families. You will never share this home with others, regardless of which level of the home you rent.

UPSTAIRS is a spacious 3 bedroom family home which is
fully furnished and self-contained and well suited to the family holiday. This level sleeps 6 and has bedding for 6.

The Main Bedroom has a queen size bed, side tables, lamps and an alarm clock, whilst the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two single beds in each also with bedside tables and lamps. Doona's/Covers/Pillows and spare blankets are supplied for all beds.

The Kitchen has all the requirements you need including a microwave.

The Lounge/Dining Room has a Lounge, T.V. and DVD player, bean bags for the kids, as well as dining table and chairs. A Heater is also available.

The Bathroom has a shower and bath, with a separate toilet. TOWELS NOT SUPPLIED.

DOWNSTAIRS is a smaller area which again is fully furnished and self contained and well suited to a family or couple looking for a budget holiday. This level sleeps and has bedding for 5. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, whilst the 2nd bedroom has bunks, consisting of double underneath and single on top. Doona's/Covers/Pillows and spare blankets are supplied for all beds.

The Kitchen has all the requirements you need including a microwave.

The Lounge/Dining Room has a Lounge, T.V., DVD & CD player, as well as dining table and chairs. A Heater is also available.

The Bathroom has a shower only with a separate toilet. TOWELS NOT SUPPLIED.

The Laundry, which is available to both upstairs and downstairs, consists of a Washing Machine, Clothes Aryer.
Washing Basket, Pegs, Iron and Ironing Board. These are supplied for your convenience.

The yard is fully fenced and childproof also having room for a boat and trailer.

This property is available all year round, for the short getaway or the long well deserved break.

Well Behaved Pets welcome (a small pet fee does apply)

Our property is situated only a 1 minute walk away from the local "Surf Beach" and corner shops which hosts a variety of stores such as:

* IGA Supermarket
* Bottle Shop
* Surf Beach Pizza (eat in or takeaway)
* Chinese Restaurant (eat in or takeaway)
* Chemist
* Medical Centre
* Hairdresser

SURF BEACH: is a family friendly beach which is patrolled throughout the summer holidays, perfect for Body Surfing or Bogey Boarding. Soulrider Surf School offers lessons to beginners right here at the beach.
If you are after a calmer beach, then Denhams Beach and Wimbie Beach are only minutes away.

FISHING: Several Charter Companies offer Deep Sea outings. Have your own boat, then the local Boat Ramp is nearby.

KAYAKING: Kayak hire, lessons & fitness available by accredited instructors.

BUSHWALKING: At Murramarang National Park.

JET SKI HIRE: Enjoy the fun & excitement, run from Corrigans Beach.

SCUBA: The Dive Shop in Bateman's Bay offers boat dive trips to popular nearby spots.

CLUBS: There are several major clubs only minutes away for your enjoyment such as the Catalina Country Club, which hosts a Championship Golf Course (27 holes). The Soldiers Club and Bowling Club are situated in the heart of Bateman's Bay.

BATEMAN'S BAY: There are things for everyone to do, Putt Putt, Movies, Cafes, Skateboard Park, Local Swimming Pool, Major Shopping Centre, Birdland Animal Park just to mention a few.

MOGO: The ever popular Mogo Zoo is only 15 minutes away. An absolute must for all!
While your there why not relive the Goldmining Days at Mogo Goldfields.
Visit the Galleries and Craft Shops, or just sit back at one of the Cafe's in Mogo Village.

"We spent 3 weeks in january here, it's our 3rd year in a row and we're going back again next january! It's perfect for families- lots of space, big secure yard, lovely spa/bbq area and the shops & beach are only 3 minutes easy walk away. Also so easy to get to all the touristy stuff without having to stay in it. The cost is great too, have paid more elsewhere and got so much less!

Surf Beach Getaway suits me very well for many reasons:-

* It is not far from Canberra
* The house is located close to a very small shopping center and the beach – everything that you need is there, extremely handy for someone who is without a car or who does not want to drive.
* There are three restaurants
* The house is very spacious, clean and has a lot of windows and light
* The house is situated in a quit street – not on the main road
* Surf Beach is also very close to Bateheaven – another small shopping centre (6 Km) - very nice walk for those who like to walk (like me)
* The neighbours are delightful
* The garden is beautiful, very well maintained and pets are allowed outside
* The beach is just stunning
* The dealings with the owner Lisa Pimm are always very pleasant
* I, myself fully enjoyed my week there and it was like a retreat (very good for people who have normally a very busy life)

My wife and I were fortunate to spend a weekend at Pimms Surf Beach Getaway. The accomodation was clean, tidy and had all the facilities for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We stayed in the upstairs level and the rooms were big with comfortable bedding. The yard was well maintained and fully fenced making it a safe place for children to play. As an added bonus it was pet friendly. Situated in a handy location we were able to explore the south coast region and visit many of the local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

Wow, have stayed at many holiday homes but this one was definately the best at such a good price. The house is well stocked with all you need plus the spa is wonderful no matter what the weather. We also loved the wood BBQ. Beach, supermarket, chemist, bottle shop is all 2 minutes walk on level easy ground.The backyard is great for kids. Like i said WOW!

Surf Beach Getaway is a holiday 'MUST' for any family!! The website doesn't do this beautiful, warm, home justice!! Waking up in the morning to blue sky's, eating breakfast on the balcony, strolling down to the beach (only 1 minute), on the way back stop in at the local supermarket for some nibbles and at the bottleshop for some champagne (only 30 seconds down the road), having the best shower i've ever had, then settling downstairs for a open woodfire (mmm marshmellows) and spa!! Then drifing off to sleep to the sound of the waves. It doesn't get much better than this. Plenty to do for the kids, Mogo Zoo, Putt Putt, Gold Rush Theme Park or spend a relaxing day on the Clyde River. The best 2 weeks ever, Cheers Surf Beach Getaway!! We will definitely be back!!!!!!!

We had a fabulous 8 day breakaway, it was like a home away from home, the atmosphere of the area was so peaceful, calming and relaxing, listening to the waves crashing on the beach at night was truly amazing and having the shopping centre close by meant that we didn't have to go into town.
