RELAX & enjoy this wonderful holiday home located in the heart of Robe's town. Only 100m to the main st where you will find restaurants, cafes, pubs, gallery, cinema, homewares, fashion shops & much more and JUST 150m to beautiful Hoopers Beach & panoramic views of Guichen Bay.
Nearby you can take the Clifftop coastal walk which will take you to - the outlet - and Longbeach. Located on the beach side of the main street. So close to the beach you can hear the waves!

RELAX ON RYAN TCE...
Has been recently refurbished which has brought all the comforts of relaxed holiday living with ample doses of coastal style. Generous living and sleeping spaces make this a great value summer or winter escape.
The holiday house comfortably offers 3 bedrooms - 2 Queensize ensembles, 2 sets of bunks and 1 single ensemble with trundle. A portacot and highchair is also available.
The kitchen is spacious and looks onto the open plan living area. It is fully equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of crockery, platters etc for your holiday entertaining.
The generous open plan living area offers a 10 seat dining table, lounges, 70cm Colour TV, VCR/DVD, Stereo, Reverse cycle airconditioning and also a Wood heater for those that like the warmth of the wood fire going. There is plenty of wood (chopped) available for the cooler days & nights.
There is 1 bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. The laundry features auto washing machine and 2nd drinks fridge.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING...
The large secure covered courtyard area with lawn, makes it charming to relax and recline on the sunbeds & hammock with a book or a glass of wine from a local winery or bottle shop. It is perfect for entertaining on the 10 seat outdoor furniture setting with a hooded 4 burner BBQ.
Enjoy the huge grassed rear yard, the perfect place for kids to run around and play. It also offers a rainwater tank for drinking, undercover parking for 2 cars & plenty of room for the boat & trailer.

BEACHES....
Hoopers Beach, Long Beach, Town Beach, West Beach, Fox Beach and Glass Beach are just a few at Robe, at which you will enjoy different beach activities. Swimming, snorkelling, surfing, fishing, kitesurfing, water skiing, sailboarding, kayaking, exploring or just to relax under the sun with family or a group of friends.

The historic seaside township of Robe is one of South Australias most popular seaside destinations and well known for its most popular landmark - The Obelisk.
Enjoy the coastal walks,beaches,4x4 trails, a game of golf or some fishing.
You can visit the local wineries for some wine tasting, or enjoy Fresh Lobster (when in season).

It was one of the best we have stayed at – you thought of every thing – even a wine rack!!!. Kitchen was well equipped, lounges and beds very comfy and plenty of space. The only thing missing and we had to think hard about it, was a BBQ apron!!.

RELAX ON RYAN TCE sleeps up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms.

2 Queensize bedrooms, both with wool topped queensize ensembles & electric blankets.
1 Kingsize bedroom with 2 sets of bunks with innerspring mattress's and 1 single ensemble with a trundle bed. A portacot with mattress is also available and will fit easily in the main bedroom or the third bedroom.

Linen & towels are included in price and beds made up for your arrival.
