This home was once one of Byron's grandest. It features a classic front balcony and a prime position. The wide natural floorboards are beautiful hardwood and VJ timber walls. Ornate fretwork features a lighthouse motif in the living area. There are four bedrooms and the main boasts an ensuite with double shower head and clawfoot tub. A seperate bathroom has contemporary conveniences. A sleepout with french doors opening to the balcony is ideal for relaxation and huge sliding stained glass windows capture the breeze. A rear entertaining area boasts a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
This home is set on a large leafy block beneath the shade of towering Norfolk pine trees on the streetfront. 48 Shirley St is only a 400 metre walk to the heart of town and the vibrant entertainment culture. The beach is easily accessed directly across the road and along a leafy coastal rainforest track that delivers you onto a beautiful stretch of Bay beach. The property backs onto the quiet country ambience of Shirley Lane and a bicycle path that leads direct to town and the markets on select days. YOU WILL NOT NEED A CAR HERE !
Byron Bay . You have got to love it ! A sensational landscape all inspired by Mt Warning and the magnificent Cape of Australia's most Easterley point. The beach and the ocean is perfect - just ask the dolphins and the whales. If you come to Byron and do not see a dolphin you have not looked. The music and the art will surround you. Streetside musicians through to the worlds best frequent Byron Bay and you just do not know who you might be lucky enough to encounter plying their trade. Everyone loves it here and it is fun fun fun all day everyday all year round.
