A brand new designer beach house awaits you in paradise. The ground floor comprises open plan living, dinning and kitchen flowing onto an alfresco dinning deck and child friendly level backyard. The living room has a new Sony 52 inch LCD TV including Foxtel IQ. Also on this level is a shower, bathroom, laundry and Media Room/kids retreat with a sofabed. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and study. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ensuite, TV and balcony. The two other bedrooms have king single beds, plus two "rollout" single matress. Thus the house can sleep 6-7 people in five beds and a sofabed.


LOCAL FEATURES:
Three of the worlds best beaches are on your doorstep; Avalon Beach, Whale Beach and Palm Beach. If your are into surfing or swimming you have come to the right place. If your are into boating then Pittwater is the nexus of five inland waterways. You can rent a yacht, motorboat, canoe or windsurfer. This exquisite waterway is a couple of minutes drive from the house. It is like living on an Island.


VILLAGE:
Beware you may never want to leave. After a morning stroll or bike ride to the beach and a dip in the ocean you can drop into the sensational "Cooks Lader Cafe and Providore" or the "French Patisserie" for breakfast and supplies. The Village is world class with dozens of cafes and restaurants along with "Avalon Fine Wines". The Village also includes a supermarket, cinema, parks, skate park, and library.
