"Sunset Retreat" - Ledge Point.

Two storey, five bedroom, three bathroom DELUXE Queenslander home. Sleeping up to 12 guests. Upstairs there is a KING size bed to the main bedroom and ensuite, a QUEEN size bed to one of the minor bedrooms and a DOUBLE bed and 3 singles to the other. The kitchen & bathroom is also upstairs. Downstairs features a kitchenette, two double bedrooms (furnished with bunks), laundry, bathroom and a games room just for the kids. Rear Alfresco area.

Enjoy OCEAN VIEWS from the huge balcony. It's the perfect place to dine on the local crays and watch the sun go down!

There's secure boat access to the back yard.

If you enjoy fishing, diving, bush walks, dune buggying, four wheel driving, swimming, golf, bowls, bike riding, wild flower and bird watching, it is all here at LEDGE POINT, you can even just sit back and listen (to the peace and quiet) and indulge in that book you have been meaning to read!

Ledge Point Country Club has a great golf course and bowling green and meals are served Friday & Saturday nights. The Country Club is open from 4pm daily.

Only 13 kilometres to Lancelin. Enjoy the surrounding areas of Ledge Point, drive to the Pinnacles, New Norcia, Gin Gin, Moore River, Seabird or laze on the beach ALL DAY LONG!!

Pets are welcome(by prior arrangement)

What is provided:

Provided as standard per bed are:
* mattress protector
* doona with cover
* pillow & protector
* Sheets & pillow cases are provided for the King Size bed

You then only need to bring along your sheets, pillowcases & bath/beach towels.

Fully equipped kitchen catering for 12 guests.

Rates:

Nightly booking: $350 per night (min 2 nights)

Mid Week Special: $1,500 for 5 nights (Sun - Thurs)

Public Holidays & School Holiday Rates: $350 per night

For stays longer than 7 days: Prices negotiable

Bond = $600 for upto 8 people, $1,000 for 9-12 people
