Situated on Lake Eildon this holiday home has everything you need for your family and friends to have a great holiday getaway. There is plenty to do such as Snow skiing, fishing, swimming, water skiing, 4W driving and motor biking , or check out the sites of Mansfield and the snowy mountains. Or why not just kick back and read a book infront of the open fire or out in the sun on the top deck.
Dont worry if you have forgotten something as there is a general store just a few minutes walk away, it has everything you could need including petrol and alcohol.
If you are bringing your boat, then the boat ramp is just across the road, by that I mean in walking distance, making access to the lake a breeze.
This 2 storey property is fully furnished and offers great views of the lake and surrounding mountains from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, kitchen family and dinning room. It also has 3 bathrooms, one which includes a spa and not to forget the open fire place and table tennis table.
Bed & Bedroom Set up
Upstairs- 2 bedrooms, both have Queen size beds one has onsuit the other has a pull out double divan bed if needed and has also got a door access to a private deck that is on the roof. Great for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine!!!!
Down stairs- 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 sets of bunks, therefore 4 beds.
Extras- There is also a single mattress available under each of the lower bunk beds which can sleep 2 more people.
- A cot and playpen
- A spare double mattress in the drying room.
Property can sleep 12 including a baby with comfort.
PLEASE NOTE## There is a $20 Charge per person per night for every persons over 10 that stay at the property. Long weekends are charged at peak rate..

Tariff rates include up to 10 people, any additional people over 10 will be charged at $20 per person per night.
NB: All Long Wkends or public and school holidays are charged at peak rate of $350p/n. Bookings for Easter and Melb Cup wkend min stay of 4 nights long weekends min stay of 3 nights.
