Description

This is a great house for your holiday in beautiful Yamba.
Situated on a large canal facing west to catch the best sunsets
and has quick access to the Clarence River for the boaties.
By car it is 3 minutes to the shopping centre, 5 minutes to Yamba's main street, shops, restaurants and surf beaches.
Bed 1 - Queen size bed, large walkin robe, bathroom, TV/DVD
Bed 2 - Queen size bed, large b/in wardrobe
Bed 3 - 2 x single beds, large b/in wardrobe
Bed 4 - bunk bed, single on top, double on bottom, wardrobe
TV room - TV/DVD, connection for XBOX, Playstation etc
Lounge - Plasma TV/DVD, huge comfy leather couch
Kitchen - modern with island bench and stools
Dining - Indoor large table, Outdoor large table in BBQ area overlooking canal. Very peaceful & private.
