Description

On the Bouddi Peninsula, 5 minutes walk to Brisbane Waters. This cosy, yet spacious, cedar cottage is only an hour from Hornsby. Lovely in summer or winter. Enjoy bush walks, surfing, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing or just chill out and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Situated at Pretty Beach near Hardy's Bay on the NSW Central Coast.
‘Tilba’ is aboriginal for ‘place of many waters’

Bouddi National Park is an ideal relaxing getaway for short breaks or longer holidays. The area is renowned for it's spectacular sandstone cliffs, ocean views, wildflowers and sheltered bays. South of all the busy tourist destinations, it is quiet and peaceful, with hardly any through traffic.

Things to do
Tilba Cottage is near the calm Brisbane Waters, sheltered national park beaches of Broken Bay and the surf beaches of Killcare and McMasters. Enjoy all the activities the Central Coast of NSW has to offer, close to this unique spot.
A short walk away from wharf, tennis court and kid's playground, (with water views!) On a clear day try the boardwalk at Putty Beach for views to Sydney.

Enjoy a snack or meal at one of the local eateries. You will find everything from English breakfasts, pizzas, pasta, vegetarian, or crunchy fish & chips to gourmet home smoked salmon or aged beef sirloin. For something simple, BBQ on the front deck of the cottage, or in the park opposite the jetty.

Meander 10mins down to Wagstaffe -and catch a ferry to Ettalong markets and movies, or to Palm Beach.
Drive a few minutes to Killcare surf beach (patrolled) or hire a boat from the marina to explore local waterways.
Ettalong, Umina and Woy Woy are a 15 mins drive- and offer a wide range of shops and restaurants. Feel like a bit of of indulgence? try Terrigal.

INCLUSIONS

Cedar construction and high vaulted ceilings ensure Tilba Cottage is cool in summer, cosy in winter. 2 bedrooms, children's sleeping loft, combined bathroom/ laundry, separate toilet, combined lounge/ dining and full size kitchen. It is a pole home with 8 garden steps, 8 deck steps and 4 internal steps. Best suited to adults, babies who are not yet walking and older children.
Well equipped and furnished, your 'home away from home' for the duration of your stay.

It has:
Main bedroom -queen size bed.
Second bedroom - double bed.
Sleeping loft - king single bed and single trundle
A kitchen with all the cutlery, crockery, utensils and appliances that you need to cook up a storm!
Bathroom with corner spa and shower.
Comfortable lounges, for reading, watching TV or just gazing at the lovely bush surrounds.
A CD and DVD player for those relaxing evenings at home, with a small selection of CDs, books and games.
Front deck with sunloungers, chairs and small gas BBQ.

We supply pillows, doonas and blankets. BYO towels, sheets, pillowcases, tea towels.

Non smoking, no pets allowed.
