Fairway Sands Villa is immaculately clean and offers home from home facilities. It is ideal for holiday accommodation or to start off your new life in Perth.

Downstairs: - This house has a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The kitchen has been fitted with a gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Leading off the kitchen is the air-conditioned dining room and lounge room with reclining chairs.
Form the lounge is a secure alfresco area complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
You will also find a fully equipped laundry and leading from here is a separate WC
4th bedroom/ Rumpus room has a double folding futon bed and Television. This is ideal for a children’s activity room.

Upstairs: - Comfortably sleeps 6.
There are 3 bedrooms with a separate bathroom/shower and a separate WC.
All bedrooms have overhead fans an the main bedroom has an evaporative air-conditioner

An en suite and private balcony leads off the main bedroom
