This stunning, immaculately cared for and designer decorated holiday house is designed to suit any combination of holiday-makers.
Arguably Westernport Bay's most beautiful sandy beach (flanked by fascinating rock pools) is only metres away.
The large four bedroom house can sleep eight people while the three sumptuous living rooms allow for private recreation time.
The two bathrooms are modern and well-designed.
A two-car garage keeps the cars or even your boat safely-housed. And the large grounds are fenced for security and beautifully landscaped.
Enjoy sunny afternoons on the enormous back deck which features a protective sunshade, outdoor living furniture and a barbecue. Or enjoy the sunset from the sumptuous daybeds on the front verandah.
Blairmore is nestled amongst a peaceful bushland setting protected from the quiet road by a large grassy verge.
Opposite pastureland, the house boasts evening views on the wide front verandah of magnificent sunsets and quietly grazing cattle.
Merricks Beach is a tiny hamlet of only 250 houses and is made of primarily dirt roads therefore traffic is minimal. Children are safe to enjoy bike riding while walkers rule the streets.
Merricks Beach's gentle ambience is due to the fact it has no public barbecues, the yacht club has members' only boat access and there is no shop.
Balnarring shops are only five minutes drive and the village has all facilities required inluding a large Ritchies supermarket, a medical clinic, Australia Post, Bakery, video shop and other specialty stores.
Many other sterling tourist destinations are merely a stone's throw away. The award winning Merricks General Store is stunning in its rustic design and delicious food, the highly renowned Stonier Winery is next door offering cellar door, snacks and children's playground.
The best chocolate factory in Australia is 100 metres away from these brilliant destinations.
For a relaxed afternoon out take the children to the local pub in Balnarring to run around the Heritage's enormous grounds while the parents enjoy a drink and casual dining on the sun-drenched deck.
Of course the multitude of other Peninsula activities are on Blairmore's doorstep too; mazes, wineries, horse-riding, surf-beachs, bush-walks to name a few.
