Two homes with extensive resort style grounds & gardens including large inground pool & cabana with a family size BBQ and Fridge with full security fencing for young children &/or pets.

House 1: Has 4 bedrooms & can sleep up to 8. Main bedroom has ensuite & spa bath. Seperate 2nd bathroom & toilet. Large open plan living area with Plasma TV, DVD/CD/Radio in surround sound with Foxtel.
A private air conditioned cinema lounge with 6" x 8" projector screen complete with digital TV/DVD/CD/Radio in surround sound. A small selection of DVD movies are also available.
A large covered outdoor entertainment area with a 10 seat tepanyaki table (Japanese BBQ).

House 2: Has 3 bedrooms & can sleep up to 7, Main with ensuite & seperate 2nd bathroom & toilet. Open plan living area with plasma TV, DVD/CD/Radio in surround sound with Foxtel.
Large covered outdoor entertainment area.

Owners were very friendly and easy to deal with. The the 2 houses provided enough accomodation and space for our large families with children and was exactly what we needed. Everyone had a fantastic time, We all want to come back!

Great facilities for a large or extended family. Plenty of room for kids to run and play. Everything you need to make holidaying easy. Very close to lots of great facilities.

Absolutly Fantasic, had everything and more for our stay. Close to all theme parks and shopping centres. Fitted 4 families and with all that space we could not have asked for more, we all loved the houses and wish we had more time to stay. Thankyou we hope to be back.

We were 3 families from NZ sharing this property. Our stay was very very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts, Traecey and Donna, were wonderful and took care of us extremely well. The kids simply loved the vast expanses of the property and the pool on the hot sunny days. Also, when not running around in the grounds or swimming they were kept entertained by the vast collection of movies provided by the hosts.
I have no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone who wants to holiday in the sunny Gold Coast. Raghu - a very happy and delighted customer

Thanks to Traecy and her family for making our Wedding Day so memorable!
We had 12 interstate guests comfortably accommodated in the two houses and we catered for a wedding party of 60. The kitchens, fridges and drinks fridge made light work of this. The patios and abundant outdoor areas lent itself to a real 'Gold Coast' atmosphere. Our guests raved about the accommodation and about the venue. This was a very economical way to hold a very elegant reception.
The 'morning after' was catered for by cooking large amounts of eggs and bacon on the huge outdoor teppanyaki bar-b-que.
The owners could not do enough to help. We thank them very much and highly recommend this beautiful property to any discerning visitor.
