Positioned on ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT, with the BEACH and LAKE right at the back door. SPRAWLING LAWNS just outside the back door lead straight to the lagoon and beach. The front yard is very large, and fully enclosed.

Laguna is perfect for a romantic getaway for couples, a family holiday or friends get-together.

LAGUNA has a delightful SEPARATE RETREAT UPSTAIRS with bedroom, bathroom, wc, formal dining area, MARBLE Gas FIREPLACE, granite kitchen and private balconies.

DOWNSTAIRS has 2 bedrooms to accommodate 6 pple, a granite kitchen, loungeroom, family room with dining, two bathrooms and internal laundry.

Laguna Beach House is "GORGEOUS". It has been recently beautifully transformed.

Laguna is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING but located in a PRIVATE TRANQUIL setting surrounded by grassy yards which lead directly to the lagoon and beach. You can WALK to everything.

FEED the DUCKS, go CANOEING, PLAY ON THE SAND, SWIM, SURF, RELAX, have a BBQ. DINE on THE DECKS, WATCH the SUNSET.

Laguna has been beautifully renovated throughout and has ALL NEW and very comfortable furniture and bedding.

2 x fully equipped GRANITE KITCHENS & MARBLE FIREPLACE, PLANTATION SHUTTERS and tasteful decor add to the holiday ambience.

With TRANQUIL VIEWS across the lagoon, the sands of Copacabana beach and out over the Pacific Ocean, Laguna Beach House is the Perfect Getaway. The property generates a REALLY RELAXED atmosphere.

Beautifully appointed throughout with GENEROUS LIVING SPACES, there are three living areas including a lounge room, family room and upstairs dining area, each with PLASMA TV. The two Queen bedrooms also have plasma TVs.

There is a wide selection of DVDs and some playing cards and board games for the kids and adults alike.


UNLIKE MOST PROPERTIES AT COPA, there are NO HILLS or steep driveways to climb. Located on a flat block with direct grassy access to the sandy shores of lake and beach (NO ROADS TO CROSS). The front yard is very large and fully enclosed.

PETS: Kindly note that for the comfort and health of all our future guests and to keep Laguna in pristine condition, we STRICTLY do not allow any pets inside the house. Please enquire with us directly in relation to pets.

DURING THE QUIETER PERIODS, we offer use of upstairs or downstairs only for a reduced rate. This suits smaller groups or one couple who may wish to have a break in the romantic upstairs retreat which is fully self contained and has spa and marble gasfireplace.

Copacabana The destination

Copa is located between Avoca Beach and McMaster’s Beach, 45 minutes north from Hornsby, 85 minutes drive from Sydney CBD.

Laguna is at the heart of Copa's beauty.

THINGS TO DO
Stroll 2 mins along the lagoons edge to Copacabana beach and be spoilt for choice of spots to spread your towel - even in the middle of the flags!

A five minute stroll south along the sand takes you to McMaster’s Beach that sits beneath the impressive headland of Boudhi National Park or turn north to Copa headland where a great rock pool will provide countless hours of fun for the kids.

Paddle the ski (easy) and explore the peace of Cochrone Lagoon, a haven for native bird life. Paddle out before breakfast or in the magic of sunset where you will experience peace like never before.

All distraction is left behind as you prepare a BBQ chilling out to your favourite tunes or perhaps let the natural wildlife become your soundtrack.

CASUAL DINING- CAFES/DELI
Fancy a good coffee? Don the thongs, or not, to the local shops where you can grab a paper, take a seat at one of the great Cafés or hook into a hamburger and chips at Fat Boys take away.

SURFING
Surfers! Copa is renowned for having one of the best point breaks on the East Coast.

RESTAURANTS/SHOPS
For a dining experience White Sands seafood & steak restaurant is there to enjoy. The Copa strip also includes a bottle shop, convenience store,Bakery, newsagent, massage & hair salon and DVD hire.

TENNIS/PICNIC/KID'S PLAYGROUND
Picnic as you have a hit of tennis at the local park only 15 minutes walk from Laguna. The courts are in A1 shape and are easily booked at the newsagent. (Around $7 an hour) There are great facilities including a cabana, electric BBQs and fun kid’s playground and bike path.

AVOCA and TERRIGAL
Neighbouring Avoca beach and Terrigal also offer some nice dining and shopping including the Avoca Beach Butchery and classic Avoca picture theatre. Enjoy a cold beer or glass of wine at their pubs, the Avoca pub has sky TV.

WHALE WATCHING
Atop Copa headland you’ll find a Whale watching platform and Captain Cook lookout which gives a great view up and down the coast.

PROVISIONS
If you are arriving from Sydney, ten minutes before reaching Copa you pass through Kincumber where you will find a supermarket, bakery, fruit shop, butcher, bottle shop, chemist, hardware store, money tellers and a lot more.

SHOPPING
For those who love to shop, there is great shopping at Erina Fair nearby which has just about anything your heart desires.

Bedroom 3: 2 x Double Bunks each with Double mattresses on lower bunk(Downstairs with Ensuite).

If you would like to have LINEN supplied, we are most happy to provide you with Sheets, Pillow cases and Bath Towels at a fee of $20.00 per person. Your beds will be made up prior to your arrival for your convenience.

Heating and cooling:-
Air con and gasfire upstairs. Loads of heaters and fans downstairs.
