This 1 bedroom apartment is on the top floor, overlooking the pool and ocean, and north facing for winter sun!
You will be dealing directly with us, the owners of the apartment, and still have use of the Mantra resort facilities.
Located on the NEW TWEED COAST, just 10 mins from Tweed Heads, 15 mins from Coolangatta (Gold Coast /Coolangatta Airport), 30 mins from Byron Bay and 45-50 mins to Gold Coast theme parks.
BRING YOUR BINOCULARS TO VIEW FROM THE BALCONY, THE MAGIFICENT SPECTACLE OF THE MIGRATION OF WHALES .
THE ANNUAL WHALE MIGRATION BEGINS MAY/JUNE AND ENDS OCTOBER EACH YEAR.
