This stylish security complex townhouse is available for holiday rental & comprises 2 beautiful landscaped pools (one heated) plus tennis courts & a BBQ area. The Sands is a prestigious 4.5 star rated resort, which is themed in a contemporary Mediterranean style and built on a spectacular oceanfront property with views over the sparkling pristine white sands of Pippi Beach.
Unit 51 is a 2 bedroom townhouse with views from the balcony over the tennis court and swimming pool. Relax on the balcony and watch the magnificent evening sunsets. The main bedroom has a queen size bed & the 2nd bedroom comprises 2 large single beds, both with built-in wardrobes and both bedrooms installed with overhead fans. The fully equipped kitchen & open plan dining & living areas have been comfortably furnished with quality fittings throughout and a ceiling fan is installed over the lounge area. The modern bathroom includes a shower over the bath, plus a toilet, with a second toilet situated closer to the living area. The laundry is located downstairs in the garage with an automatic washing machine and clothes dryer. Single lock-up garage with a carspace.
Linen is provided, you just need to bring your beach towel. For the comfort of future guests we request no smoking in the unit and no pets permitted.
The Sands at Beachside defines ultimate beachfront living & is conveniently located on Pippi Beach close to Main Beach with Angourie to the south & Iluka to the north. The town centre, 18 hole golf course, clubs, marina, children's playground, picnic area, shopping centre & restaurants are all in close proximity & within walking distance.
