If you are looking for a quiet place to relax after a day/night out seeing the sights of Darwin, then this unit will suit you.

This unit offers the comforts of a home away from home. It is located in a no through road with limited traffic flow to disturb you. It is tastefully decorated with Indigenous art work.

It is suitable for those visiting the Northern Territory for business or pleasure as it is close to all of the Government Depts and wharf precinct as well as beautiful inner city beaches and Lake Alexandra, with its stunning views, BBQ area, kids playground and fresh water swimming area.

Fully equipped two bedroom, two bathroom unit near the main CBD. First floor in a small complex.

The unit is 500 metres to the City Centre nightlife and restaurants, 600 metres to famous Mindil Markets, Darwin Casino, Botanical Gardensand Golf Course.

The Trailer Boat Club, Ski Club and Sailing Club (where you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine and a wonderful Darwin sunset), Casino, Museum and Art Gallery, Lake Alexandra and Cullen Bay Marina are also nearby.
If you are here for the Darwin Cup festivities, then this unit is in close proximity to the Fannie Bay Racecourse either by a short bus ride or by car.

The unit has 2 undercover car parks that are accessed via an electronic gate system.

The unit is very spacious with good sized fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room with balcony to relax and unwind after a day out sight seeing.
