With its own private garden, the property can accommodate a maximum of five adults comfortably. The main bedroom and ensuite are on the top floor along with the huge open plan living area and kitchen while the second and third bedrooms, main bathroom and separate laundry are on the ground floor.
Conveniently located on the edge of the CBD, and with a city bus stop almost on the doorstep, the home features original art work, contemporary and antique furnishings, cathedral ceilings, over 22 squares on two levels, and is minutes to everything....just perfect....

Conditions
Dogs will be accepted but only by prior arrangement. You would be asked to accept responsibility for any damage to furniture or property by your pet.
The property is a quiet, private home and not a party house. Guests other than those staying overnight may only be allowed by prior arrangement. This is to avoid any undue disruption to the neighbourhood. If this is abused you may be charged a fee.
Cancellation policy is, full refund of deposit up to 2 weeks prior to arrival, after that deposit may be forfeited if we are unable to relet the property.
Minimum stay:Seven nights; maximum stay: two weeks.

We stayed during October which had the worst weather Brisbane has had for ten years. That said our spirits were not dampened due to this fantastic house. Very cosy and relaxing with fantastic views from the veranda. Easy access to the city centre, and the supermarket, pub and take away all with in a few minutes walk. We would definitely use this property again and would recommend it to others.
