A fun, brightly coloured 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick and tile home. With its eclectic mix of art-deco furnishings, comfy beds and indoor or outdoor dining this home is perfect for a family or two couples with a couple of children.

Accommodation includes full kitchen, lounge(with pot belly stove) and dining area, main bedroom (1 queen size bed), second bedroom (1 queen size bed) and third bedroom (1 set of bunk beds and 1 single bed) and is fully airconditioned. The wet areas include a bathroom, with separate bath, toilet and separate laundry with direct access to back yard. Children will enjoy the swings and parents can relax with a fully fenced, grassed back yard, portable cot and hi-chair supplied.

Just 300m from Falcon Bay with its sheltered sandy beach and childrens' play area even the littlies can stroll to the beach with you. Pick up a newspaper and an awesome coffee from the deli and watch the kids, or enjoy for yourself, a swim, play, fish, snorkle or surf.

Any grocery needs are available just down the road (walking distance) at the Miami Plaza with Woolworths open 7 days and an abundance of take-away food outlets. The award winning Miami Bakehouse, famous Cobblers Tavern and a fully stocked fishing and hardware store ensure all your needs can be met without having to drive into Mandurah.

The multi award winning Miami Bakehouse is located just down the road on Mandurah Road. Adjacent to this is a video store. Further south along the same road is Miami Fish and Chips - arguably the best fish and chips in the Peel region. The main shopping complex houses Woolworths, a pharmacy, newsagent and a great gift shop. There is also a health food store, kitchen shop, florist, coffee shop, mens wear, ladies wear and a ladies shoe shop.

The beautician offers everything from waxing to magnificent massage packages - a lovely place to spend a morning!!

Fast Food outlets adjacent to the Miami Plaza shopping centre include Wok In A Box, Macdonalds, KFC, Chicken Treat and Hungry Jacks.

For the best coffee, cooked breakfast or Italian lunch, visit the Cafe on Spinaway Parade, opposite Falcon Bay. For an evening meal we recommend the Jolly Frog, Cobblers Tavern or the restaurant at The Cut Golf Resort. If you're happy to drive into Mandurah there are hundreds of lovely eateries there.
