Enjoy the spacious surrounds and mountain views that The Ripley Family Holiday Retreat offers. This relaxing 4 bedroom single level house is an ideal holiday destination for families, or a couples retreat, as you enjoy the peaceful tranquillity of the Grampians and its myriad of activities.
Treat yourself with the comforts of home with fans in each bedroom. The luxury of an ensuit in the main bedroom with spa, shower, toilet and sink. Our second bathroom is a combined laundry with a shower, sink, laundry trough and washing machine, we also have a second toilet.
Kitchen and laundry facilities include automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, microwave and dishwasher, we have an inverter air conditioner for cooling and heating and a wood heater.
For outdoor living we have a large deck area with BBQ and outdoor eating area. The lounge area includes TV, DVD and VCR and a Dvd player. Games facilities including pool, air hockey, table tennis, 6 mountain bikes, board games and some toys for children. All located at the edge of the Grampians National Park in a popular holiday area close to bike and walking tracks.

Two bedrooms with Queen size beds.

Bedroom 3 has 1 Single bunk and 1 bunk with a double bed on the bottom and single on the top.
Bedroom 4
bedroom 4 has 1 single bunk and 1 single bed.
Lounge Room
Double fold-out sofa bed.
Sleeping suits 8 adults and 6 children
(Bunks are more suitable for children)
Enjoy the spacious outdoor area where the native widlife roam or spend time exploring the Grampians and it's numerous attractions like Bush walking, horse riding, mountain bike riding, Lakes, waterfalls, local wineries, Indigenous culture, 4 wheel driving, abseiling, Adventure mini golf, animal zoo, shopping centre, canoeing, Hand crafted wood furniture, historic sites, festivals, olive and lavendar farms and more!
