  • "We recently enjoyed a short stay at Plas-Y-Cymro and found it to be very cosy and extremely well appointed. My elderly parents (in their early 80"s with moderate mobility problems) and we "younger" ones (in our 60's), plus 2 dogs, found the property very accommodating and suitable to our needs. We enjoyed the isolation and natural beauty of the property and its central location to many attractions that interested us, made it an ideal holiday stay."

  • "Our group of ten had a wonderful weekend! Their was plenty of room and hot water and the pre-prepared fire place was such a bonus for unfamiliar city folk. I would recommend getting out and exploring the cliffs and country straight down from the house. Thank you Tony and Ingrid for making our stay a pleasure and completely hassle free!"

  • "What a wonderful home to stay in. A group of old friends gather once a year and this was our choice for the year. 8 adults and 5 young children had a fantastic time. Beautifully warm inside, fresh & crisp outside. Amazing view. Great facilities. Can't wait to come back for another visit."

  • "An excellent place to get away and to enjoy the beauty of the Blue Mountains National Parks. There are so many excellent outdoor activities to enjoy on the property - and a warm fire to snuggle up to at night. Would make a great getaway for two families or three couples, who could each have their own room and yet enjoy each others company. Thanks for a great weekend!"

  • "We took the kids with us and had the best holiday ever. The yard is secure even for our 3 year old climber! The owner is so friendly and the house very well appointed. Plenty of room for everyone, stunning scenery, our 6 year old loved watching the trains go by over the mountains in the distance. I would highly recommend this property to families as it is safe and secure with loads to keep the kids amused inside and out. "

  • "Plas-Y-cymro - Absolutely stunning property, plenty to do(walking,climbing,abseiling)...and nothing to do but enjoy the surrounds; with a bottle of red wine and a cheese board, the sunsets ever soooo slow! Our rather large dog,Bella, enjoyed the break even more than we did, the fenced area around the house is totally secure, it keeps the animals out and Bella in, total peace of mind for both an adventurous and relaxing week away!! comimg back for many more stays P.S - ask Tony(ownwer) for the directions to dams cliff swimming hole- brilliant! "
