INTERIOR...
This 2 storey beach shack has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Upstairs has open plan living area - lounge, dining and kitchen which has reverse cycle airconditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven and plenty of crockery etc.
There are 3 generous size bedrooms upstairs & 1 bathroom.
Downstairs has another bedroom + combined laundry and second bathroom.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING...
There is a large outside entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor furniture below.
Upstairs ALSO has front and rear balconies with a sunbed and chairs. RELAX & enjoy...

There is plenty of room to park the boat and 2 to 3 vehicles.

LOCALITY & ATTRACTIONS...
Port Hughes, is only two hours away from Adelaide, is a picturesque coastal town with pristine beaches, clear blue green water, and a fantastic jetty with great fishing. Port Hughes has one of the prettiest beaches in the northern Yorke Peninsula. The jetty is very popular with fisherman and there are plenty of deep-sea charters to choose from.

Enjoy the clifftop coastal walks, swimming, beaches, some fishing or a game of golf.
Jills Beach Shack is located at 29 Snell Avenue, Port Hughes and only 100m to beach access.
