The cottage sleeps 5 people with a queen size bed and 3 single beds (includes one set of bunks). Linen is NOT provided. There is a fully equipped and fully renovated kitchen and laundry along with a spacious living area. Reverse cycle air conditioning and heating, plasma TV with DVD player and gas BBQ complete the package. There is a large back yard which incorporates a sheltered BBQ area, and a single carport. The cottage is only 50 metres from the shores of Lake King where you will find a private jetty berth suitable for a boat to 5.5m. The cottage is a great place to spend your holiday in one of the most sought after areas of the Gippsland Lakes with Paynesville only a few minutes away.
Eagle Point is the perfect place to enjoy swimming, boating, sailing, windsurfing or jetskiing. Visit the famous Mitchell River Silt Jetties or take a short drive into Paynesville and discover Raymond Island - a haven for koalas and native birds.
