Description

This is a new three bedroom home built to be environmentally friendly. Double glazed windows, energy efficient appliances and hot water service.

Modern kitchen with Dishwasher, full sized fridge and microwave. TV, DVD. Split System airconditioning, wood combustion heater for the colder days. Outdoor Freezer for all the fish you catch.

Expansive deck with furniture and gas BBQ. Although not fenced the balcony is completely enclosed and safe for smaller children. It has a locking gate
2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Beds: 2 bedrooms share an en suite. Both have Queen sized beds. The third bedroom has a combination top bunk double futon bottom set with a trundle.

Minutes from the lake on foot. Around 2 km from Mallacoota township.

Cul-de-sac with parking for both boats and cars. Off street parking.

I have the lot, My views are impressive my past guests think I am gorgeous I can be cool in Summer warm and seductive in Winter

I am a two year old, situated in a quiet court,a Hop,Skip and a Jump From the Lakeside and Fishing platforms.

I have three bedrooms two with comfy Q/S beds the third is special its my children's room, we can watch our own TV, DVD, Play station games, toys, but you will be at our fantastic beaches wont we. But just in case.

I also cater for the grown ups, large modern kitchen, eat in or out, I don't mind, I have everything for the cook. Huge eight seat dining table, lounge. My Floor to ceiling windows look out over the lakes, wharf area, You can see our lovely surf beach. Mallacoota and I have everything, don't believe me then glance at my past guest reviews. You will love to stay with me, I appreciate good taste.
