Country hospitality in the City! Josephines traditional hosted B&B is ideally located for your Melbourne, Great Ocean Road, Phillip Island, Mornington Peninsular, Dandenong Ranges and Gippsland touring. Only 12 km south-east of the City Centre, just off the Monash Freeway, Dandenong Road and the Nepean Hwy and close to train, tram and bus.
Five minutes to Chadstone Shopping Centre, Caulfield Racecourse and Monash Universitys Caulfield and Clayton campuses. Close to Monash Medical Centre, Caulfield and Cabrini Hospitals. We are surrounded by parks, playgrounds and recreational facilities and close to leading Melbourne golf courses, race-courses, reception centres and numerous restaurants.
Families, Doubles & Singles welcome. Three guest rooms, all air-conditioned-one queen/one twin/one single, & two private bathrooms are available. Families (=2 adults/3 children u/18-$150 pn)-accommodates up to 5 adults. Discounted rates for 7 night stays or longer-Off-Peak only. Contact for details. Additional children-$20 ph/pn. Enjoy a delicious continental breakfast in the modern family room looking out on to the pleasant garden setting. A cooked breakfast is available for a small extra charge. The guest lounge provides Foxtel TV with DVD and VCR. Tea, coffee and spring water are provided. Preparation of meals is not allowed but a microwave is available for heating food. Guests may bring food back to consume in the guest lounge. A gas BBQ is available for use in summer. Crockery and cutlery is provided.
Josephine's B&B is located minutes from Melbourne's marvellous, famous sand belt golf courses - Metropolitan, Commonwealth, Kingston Heath, Huntingdale and more.
Relax after a day at the golf by dining at one of the many restaurants nearby.
For families with small children, there are 3 beautiful playgrounds minutes from our B&B. Swimming pools, athletic and cycling parks, football and cricket grounds are nearby and a fine selection of walking paths and running tracks are around the corner. A port-cot and high-chair are provide free for babies.
