The Norfolk Cottage is a beautiful family house that can sleep up to 8. Three bedrooms, 2 x toilets, 2 x lounge rooms, dining room and a secure child friendly back yard. Norfolk Cottage is situated on a quiet one way street, two minutes drive to the CBD and five minutes to the beach.
TERM AND CONDITIONS: Deposit to be paid by credit card to hold booking. Remaining payment to be paid on arrival, Cheques not excepted, Thank you.
If Desired dates are partially booked, we may be able to split booking with other local properties, please enquire.
Dates of price difference,
Long weekends, public holidays, Easter, May Races, Fun for kids festival, school holidays, cycling classic.
ITEMS left behind can be posted. $20 fee.
Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.
Tariff includes 6 people. Trundle is available, for $20 per night, must book trundle 7 days in advance.
OFF PEAK $20 extra for one night Mon to Thursday & $40 extra Fri to Saturday.
