There are very few holiday destinations where your extended family or friends can all spend time together under the one roof.

Ascot Manor is set on one acre in the prestigous Little Mountain Racecourse Estate near Corbould Park where the Sunshine Coast Turf Club regularly holds race meets, but is still only 8 minutes from the surf beaches and heart of Caloundra city.

Ascot Manor encompasses holiday relaxation and fun with loved ones in air-conditioned comfort. This very large property can comfortably sleep up to 20 people with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The spacious interior includes a fully fenced inground swimming pool surrounded by 4 very large bedrooms, a playroom, enormous bathroom and sitting area complete with a 1948 black baby grand piano. Twelve seats are available at the large dining room table whilst the kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need for mealtimes with your extended family. With its semi-commercial washing machine and dryer even the washing is a pleasure.

At the other end of the house there is a great kids (or entire family) bedroom that contains two extra large bunk beds (queen on the bottom and king single on top) with trundles, flip out sofa bed and television with Playstation2. Another bedroom with king size bed and ensuite is also located at this end.

Upstairs boasts a huge air conditioned Theatre room with 12 beautiful leather recliners where you can watch Austar or choose from the variety of supplied DVD discs. A popcorn maker completes the \"big screen\" experience.

A bar room with billiard and air hockey tables will attract a crowd whilst others gather in the outside entertainment area. A Bali style pergola is a great choice for lounging in beside the outdoor pool while you watch the kids swim or take the occasional dip yourself. There is also a mini playground for the kids complete with cubby house.

This is primarily an extended family holiday home, it is not a party house. For this reason we can only accept a maximum of 13 adults. (Adult children staying as part of a family group are exempt.)

Unfortunately due to council regulations, we cannot hold weddings or other functions at this property.

Little Mountain common is right at your back door where you can enjoy walking, great playgrounds and bike riding with the whole family.
Just a short drive and you are in Kings Beach enjoying the surf and dining out at one of the many cafes or restaurants.
Brisbane is one hours drive south and Noosa is 3/4 hour north.
