"Berramview" offers a luxury town house apartment with a touch of class. All within walking distance to Merimbula's Shopping Centre. This bushy retreat provides relief from the hectic holiday rumpus yet still enables you to be part of the holiday activities.

Upstairs provides an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities. Australian hardwood is a unique natural feature. Morning and evening balconies provide a relaxing place to have breakfast in the morning sun, read a book, newspaper or privately sunbath.
The bird life is active (your on the same level) and many a pleasurable moment is spent feeding the wildlife. Reverse-cycle airconditioning assists with those extra hot days when you just want to blob.

Downstairs has master bedroom with T.V reception and DVD, (for that quiet retreat from the household). Second bedroom has the option to suite your family needs - 2 single beds, bunk and single bed (3 singles) or double bed (2 adults). At the end of a hot summers day relax in a spa bath and feel the tensions and stress buddle away! Dinner at the Club, maybe, or a B.B.Q on the balcony? The choice is yours.

A lot of thought and effort has gone into making it a holiday home away from home. Our girls (11 and 13yrs)loved the bird visits. All this and only a short walk to town through a bush trail. "

The owner was so pleasant to deal with and looked after our every need which is a lot with two tiny tots running around! The photos can not describle the feel of this place it is hard to find.   • "What a wonderful place to stay! Fantastic! Daniel & I loved it, we would definately stay again and can't wait to do so! Loved feeding the Lorikeets, Kookaburra and Mumma Possum & Baby. The cottage was so well kept: clean, tidy & fully equipped with all that you needed and value for money. We loved the comfy bed and the spa. We were constantly surprised by the little things that we didn't expect(although we didn't use), like the new soap/toothbrush etc in bathroom & the tea/coffee/sugar in kitchen, that I wouldn't normally expect in a self contained accommodation. We didn't end up leaving the place as much as we anticipated, it was just too comfy & homely! Thanks for letting us use your tranquil abode Wendy, it was much appreciated :-) and thanks for the bottle of wine!"

  • "Berramview is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. The cottage is decorated beautifully. We loved sitting out on the back deck looking at the view and being visited by the birds and Mrs. Possum. Thank you Wendy and Michael for having us stay at your gorgeous cottage. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday close to the beautiful blue water and lively main street that Merimbula boasts. "

  • "My friend and I have just returned from a week at Berramview. We had a wonderful time in one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It was relaxed, comfortable and very, very well equipped. A place to rid oneself of stress and really enjoy a holiday. We also loved the company of the lorikeets, kookaburras, cockatoos and young master possum (who will eat you out of house and home if you let him!). I would highly recommend this accommodation."

  • "Dear Wendy, What a beautiful cottage clean well equipped kitchen. Weloved our stay only wished it was longer.The lonely suggestion I have is a hand rail in the bathroom next to the curtain for the elderly. I had my mother with us she found it abit hard getting in & out of the shower. Over all Excellent. Thanks"

  • "Wendy thankyou so so much...from the first contact with you it was smooth sailing, I have to say the photos here dont do the house justice!!! We loved every minute of our weekend stay and what a gorgeous little house to come home to. Clean and so so comfortable...everything has been thought of here...bring your clothes and food. The animal friends are a real treat for the kids, the sugar glider was just too cute :) I didnt get a chance to write in the guest book but my first though of words to write this morning on leaving to come home (yep our real home) was I DONT WANT TO GO!! Thankyou so much for opening your treasured home Wendy...our family will be back"

  • "The accommodation was fantastic. It was cosy, well decorated, appointed and relaxing. Everything that you could wish for has been thought of and provided. The beds are very comfortable. The accommodation is obviously very well managed and maintained. The possum and baby were are highlight. The birds gave a great display. The kookaburras pretending to be roosters doing the wake up call was a novelty. It was lovely to have the food for the creatures provided. We had a little difficulty in finding the place at night. Maybe a sign on road level or a light over the number on letter box would be helpful. The photograph on the website doesn't indicate that you cannot see the property much from the road. Once we rang and got instructions we were fine. Other family members had no problem finding it in the daylight from our instructions. The only other comment is the microwave on top of the refrigerator is an accident waiting to happen. I would relocate the microwave to a bench. Thanks for a great place to stay after a long road trip. "
