An iconic and historic property situated in Boomerangs dress circle, Angela Place. Having magnificent beach and district views from three levels this house is two minutes walk to Boomerang Beach. This multi level home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three lounge areas making it ideal for two families or a large group. The three covered decks help you enjoy the outdoors.
Recently rejuvenated, this is the quintessential beach house, not a suburban house near the sand.
This unique property is huge, allowing kids and adults to be separated by several floors if desired. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed, with the kids room having an additional 3 singles.
All modern amenities as you would expect
This landmark house is nestled amongst the finest in Boomerang Beach and has terrific views of the ocean and the mountains. The house is designed with families or large groups in mind. It will accomodate two families or three couples with ease. All three bedrooms have Queen sized beds.
The house itself has four storeys, with the lower containing the garage. Next floor has the kids bedroom that sleeps five, and a double bedroom that adjoins a rumpus/TV room that has additional sleeping facilites if needed. Third floor has a huge master bedroom and reading room, then up to the kitchen and the 10 place dining room at mezzanine level and then above is the TV room and balcony with BBQ and views.
Three levels of verandah provide space and privacy for sunbathing. The top verandah is outstanding for a cold glass of champagne after a long day at the beach.
Free tennis courts and cricket nets are a short walk away.
