A large family bathroom services two bedrooms downstairs, whilst the upstairs double bedroom has an ensuite.
The latched child proof gate on the decking allows safe entertaining area and outdoor area for small dogs.
A short stroll to beautiful beaches, safe for swimming or surfing, local RSL club, lawn bowls, tennis and shopping strip.
Shops include general store, surf shop, 2 cafe's, liquor store, fish & chips, bakery, butcher and gift shop.

Accommodation

This two storey town house has 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a large third bedroom with double bunk, single bed and room for more. This creatively designed residence will sleep up to 8.
In addition to this, a Studio Apartment adjoins the upstairs deck allowing self contained space ideal for teenage retreat or second family.
The Studio sleeps up to 5 in one double bed, one single and one double futon couch.
Please bring sheets & pillowcases with you as only mattress protectors, covered doona & pillows provided. Linen can be arranged for hire. Weekly holiday price includes a cleaner once per week.
Permanent tenants reside (quietly) in the 4 BR house at the rear of the property. They have a separate entrance and share the right hand side of the double garage, so please don't park in the driveway as it will block their access.

Availability

During peak school holiday times (for NSW, VIC & QLD), bookings for holiday rentals in Scotts Head are from Saturday (1pm) to Saturday (9am). Outside of these periods, bookings can be made for any combination of 1+ days or weekends etc. We have much more flexibility with dates outside of school holidays, so we hope to help you stay at this wonderful location at any time.
