The Bedrooms:
With 5 beautifully designed bedrooms you'll feel propelled to take any opportunity for a cosy kip. The two master bedrooms include, Austar, TV & DVD, walk in robe and tastefully designed en-suites. 1 room with king bed and 1 with queen bed.
The house also boasts 3 queen size bedrooms, two with floor to ceiling timber & mirror oversized cupboards which cleverly conceals flat screen TV & DVD player. The third bedroom has a unique internal window that overlooks the lounge room and deck, which can be made private by Roman Blinds. All three rooms have large fixed panel and louver windows, making it comfortably light and airy.
The Lounge Room:
Gorgeous contemporary open plan living room with 8 meters of white sliding doors. Superbly ventilated with high louver windows, you'll enjoy being inside in any weather condition. When it's chilly light up a fire in the fan forced wood burning fireplace. Just sit back, relax and enjoy... watch a DVD from the library of 250 , or listen to some music while enjoying a chardy!!
The Kitchen:
Conveniently located between the lounge room and dining room, with views from the deck and beyond, you won't miss a beat in this beautifully designed open plan kitchen. With all the mod cons you'd expect, including 900cm Cook-top & Oven, Stylish Microwave, Large stainless steel Fridge and oversized Pantry, you will want for nothing!
The Dining Room:
You'll enjoy the space and openness this room has to offer with those wonderful white timber bi-fold windows, buffet with wall to ceiling mirror, and of course... the majestic view. With comfortable chairs and oversized dining table seating 10.
Outside:
The perfect place to start and end the day is out on the Deck overlooking farmland. The house enjoys a due north aspect, so its sunny position is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner! However, spoil yourself early evening as you watch the blue of the sky turn to the warm hues of night. It's a great place to just kick back, read a book or entertain friends.
Move to the outside, and wander through the private landscaped grounds, lounge by the beautiful inground pool, or just relax in the wonderfully practical BBQ/Pool house!
