Description

40 on Bingil is designed for the tropics, a fusion of styles suited to a fun and casual lifestyle.

The house is dressed in vibrant colours and is equipped with all the conveniences for a great holiday. The open plan design is accentuated by the louvered windows bringing the outside in, the bi-fold doors continue the theme by extending the lounge room onto a spacious covered deck, from where it's only a few steps to the sun deck and fully fenced pool.

The outside deck is where you'll spend most of the time, great for drinking your morning latte -made from the machine in your own kitchen- the evening meal, watching the kids play in the pool or admiring the landscaped gardens.

The interior is tastefully decorated with an oversized daybed taking pride of place in the lounge room, the main bedroom pavilion is very private with its own pebbled courtyard and patio. The bathroom is functional and modern with a rain shower.

The house caters to 4 people with 2 bedrooms.

The Area

40 on Bingil is a short stroll from the beach and Bicton Hill rainforest walk. Mission Beach is only a short drive away with its cafes and restaurants. Day trips to the Outer Barrier Reef and Dunk Island leave from Clump Point jetty just up the road. Pick-ups for all day trips and car hire can be arranged from the house.
