Description

This newly appointed 2 bedroom townhouse/villa will accomodate up to 7 people very comfortably.

Both bedrooms have ocean views with the master bedroom having a secure balcony with a coffee table looking towards the beautiful Indian Ocean.

On most days you will see Rottnest Island from your doorstep.

Its a ground floor entry townhouse with fully airconditioned bedrooms airconditioned living area downstairs. Aircondtioniing is reverse cycle (ie cool in summer & warm in winter)

All beds, furniture, TV equipment, linen and eating utensils are new in time for the 2007/08 summer.

The master bedroom has a new queens size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 3 single beds (1 single and bunk beds). For a greater than 4 week stay 2 queen size beds may be avaliable upon request.

Downstairs, on the ground floor there is a new queensize fold out bed. In all the townhouse can comfortably sleep up to 7.

The townhouse/villa has a private laundry (ie not shared), 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The unit is around 100sq/m in floor area. It also has a fully equiped kitchen including a dishwasher and a new refrigerator. A portacot is avaliable for hire at $50 per week.

There is a private outdoor courtyard with new BBQ and new outdoor furniture. Also a large grassed area and garden out the front door where you can sit and relax watch the waves role in. Plenty of room for those with Children for them to play with Cott beach and a play ground 150 metres across the road!

There are 2 parking bays with one of them undercover.

Short Stroll to the Cottesloe beach, town centre and its cafes

Cottesloe is Perth's premier beach and town. Just walk out the front door to the beach side path ways and stroll down to the beach or Cott's trendy cafe's and bars.

There are some great snorkelling and swimming areas for adults and children. Windsurfing and kite surfing with Perth's famous Fremantle Doctor (sea breaze).

Organise surfing lessons - your never to old!

Cottesloe has an abundance of beachside cafes, bars and Restaurants. For exampleIndiana's, The Blue Duck, The Cott Hotel, John Street Cafe, The Blue Waters Cafe and many more.

5 to 7 minute drive to Fremantle

Perth's historic port town is just 5-10 minutes drive south down the coast road. Fremantle was first settled in 1879.

Fremantle is full of cafe's, restaraunts, galleries, museums and the orginal Fremantle prison the "Round House". No shrotage of things to see and do from your Cottesloe Beach Side Retreat.

Want a day trip - catch a ferry from Fremantle to the Swan Valley for some wine tasting or go to Rottnest island for the day.
