This beautiful brand new furnished and fully self-contained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom executive apartment is located in East Perth in a small secure boutique style apartment complex next to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) News Building and just a short stroll to Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques, the Claisebrook Inlet and Swan River.

Enjoy FREE public transport from your doorstep to the CBD in minutes or walk in 15 minutes.

We offer executives, consultants and holiday-makers a personal touch with everything you need at your fingertips and plenty to make you feel right at home on arrival.

Secure keyless entry allows for 24hr arrivals and ensures that everyone in your party can have access to the property at all times. Intercom is also fitted to the apartment.

A gourmet style kitchen which is fully equipped wtih all cooking utensils including coffee espresso machine, fresh ground coffee, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, full size fridge and exquisite dining for six.

The living area has a luxurious leather lounge and is equipped with 42 inch widescreen plasma TV, DVD/CD. Foxtel (platinum) is also included.

The two bedrooms have superb quality luxury bedding, egyptian cotton sheets, luxury pillows and doonahs to make your sleep as restful and peaceful as possible.

Children: Unfortunately this apartment and furniture is not suitable for children.

Mountain Bike: A new adult-sized Avanti Mountain Bike and helmet is available for use \"complimentary\" with most bookings. Please inqire as to the availability at time of making your booking. Cycle the trails, parks and paths around you or cycle to and from the city.

LOCALITY

We are located in the FREE Transport Zone in Perth which means you can travel on any public transport from your doorstep throughout the city and immediate surrounds of the CBD absolutely FREE! It is an ideal central location for the business or holiday traveller.

The Swan River, Claisebrook Inlet and many vibrant East Perth cafes, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. 24 Hour fast food and groceries are available within the East Perth precinct.

The Riverside Burswood Park Public Golf course and State Tennis Centres are approx 3 minutes drive from the townhouse as is Belmont Park Racecourse, the WACA, the Royal Perth Hospital and the Interstate East Perth Train Terminal.

Within approx 5 minutes drive you can be at the Perth Convention Centre, the WA Museum and Art Gallery, Northbridge Club and Cafe strip or Burswood Casino.

The Domestic Airport is approx 15 minutes drive and the International approx 25 minutes. Scarborough Beach is approx 20 minutes drive.

The electric train station of Claisebrook is within a short walk and a free city bus service is available within the East Perth precinct.

  • "We've stayed in several apartments in Perth and around the world and this one definitely outshines and outclass all of them. The furnishings and linen are of high standards. The rooms are large and comfortable. I'm a clean freak, but this apartment I could not fault, it was beautifully presented. It's also the little EXTRAS that made our experience that much sweeter, like the cappuccino machine, gourmet coffee, olives cheese, nuts and biscuits that awaited our arrival. The location is perfect, the free bus service to Perth CBD is only a 3min walk and the train line just 5min. There's a grocery shop very near that has everything you need and it's heaps cheaper than the Woolworths in the city. Your also within easy walking distance from cafes and restaurants that run along the river. If your trying to make a decision on whether this is the right place to stay, let me just say you will not be disappointed. I wished there were more owners of rental apartments like Heidi and Glenn, you can see the love and care they put into the apartment and the client's needs. A very big thank you to you both and we'll definitely be back."

  • "First ever visit to Perth and the apartment was first class.Heidi(owner)was so friendly and nothing was an effort.The attention to every detail in the apartment was stunning.We had a lovely treat on arrival with a gourmet pack in our fridge(delicious).Everything you needed to know re transport,places to visit,restaurants was provided.Little personal touches were a refreshing surprise. We have stayed at many apartments around the world and this apartment was right up there with the best of them.
