  • "Excellent apt in an excellent location. Myself and my wife used here as a base in Sydney whilst we searched for our permanent house as we were moving to Sydney. It's I's ideally located in surry hills a couple of mind stroll to the best pub, restaurant and cafe scene in the city. Not to mention the full cable tv access and secure car parking. Highly recommended, much better value than many other similar apts in the area and trust me we did our research. Both the rental agency and landlord himself were very accommodating."

The Apartment itself was extremently well appointed with all the kitchen and laundry conveniences you could possibly need for an extended stay. The owner was extremely helpful and accomodating as regards all our needs. We would definately stay at this well-priced appartment upon visiting Sydney again."

  • "We had a fantastic time! The apartment was extremely well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a Sydney sojourn. The location couldn't be better - walking distance from the CBD (or Central if you need public transport)and good boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Suggest everyone staying at Lacey on Cooper has at least one breakfast at the Bourke Street Bakery and grabs a pizza from Pizza Mario. Sublime! Thanks Salvatore - we'll be back. "

  • "Great apartment and position for city and nearby cafes. Quiet, private, clean and comfortable. Glass doors opening onto a very attractive balcony - lots of light and fresh air. Had an initial problem with internet access due to a missing cord, and the owner responded immediately and provided a wireless connection within an hour which was great and worked perfectly. Would recommend to anyone needing a break, or a very well positioned base for Sydney business. Just a 2 min walk to Central station. "

  • "This is a modern but comfortable apartment in a secure location within easy walking of lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants. It is very close to the central railway station and 30mins walk from central Sydney. I enjoyed the decor,and friendly communication. Foxtel and carpark a bonus. "
