Imposing trusses support the lofty light filled space with large picture windows framing the valley escarpment looming large to the north and the ever changing ocean to the South.
This is a place to completely immerse yourself in nature. There is total privacy - your only interruptions are the sound of the ocean, the sighing of the wind in the trees and the calls of the abundant bird population.
Facilities are simple and ambient rather than flash!
Internal ground floor overall dimension is approx 10m x 8m, plus deep covered verandah back and front.
Ground Floor: Open plan living with wood fire, kitchen, dishwasher, dining, gas ring, wood fired stove, Master bedroom with KS bed, bathroom with shower/bath, toilet.
Mezzanine: two bedrooms - one king or twin(split king/twin), one single bed or double sofa bed.
2 Outdoor baths - spa with view on the deck, & claw foot at the rear of the house.
Large verandah with comfortable seating, dining table and BBQ.
Cafes, bars, restaurants shops and town facilities of Apollo Bay are 10 kms or a 10 minute drive along the Great Ocean Road to the south west.
Chris’s Restaurant at Beacon Point on the hill top above Skenes Creek is 5 kms or a 5 minute drive to the west
