Blue Belle in saught after North Bondi is a cosy top floor apartment, with class & comfort in mind.

This unit is situated on the cnr of Ramsgate Ave + Waiora Ave Bondi and comprises two bedrooms. The master bedroom room with queen size double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds – ideal for children.

The décor is sumptuous yet tasteful throughout with floating timber floors, claw foot bath + furniture chosen to enhance the sea side location.

The living area opens onto a balcony with ocean views.

The beach and shops, cafes, restaurants bars, markets + nightlife of Bondi Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Buses to Bondi Junction + the City are 100m away.

Great beds, beautiful 100% cotton bedlinen + fully equiped kitchen. This holiday destination will have you talking for a year, or at least until you have to come back for another Unique holiday experience. Doesn\'t get any better then this!

Apartment Layout and Facilities

Master Bedroom with Queen size Bed + wardrobe.

Second Bedroom with two single beds + built in wardrobe.

The bathroom is between the two bedrooms. It has been rebuilt, tiled + includes a claw foot bath & overhead shower.

For your convienance there is an external coin operated laundry with washing machine + dryer next to the unit or laundry mat accross the road.

Fully equipped kitchen with european stainless steel appliances + refridgerator.

The inside dining table next to the kitchen seats four.

One two seater sofa and single seater allow you to enjoy the outlook. There is TV, DVD player + Foxtel.

The living area opens onto the balcony + there is a smaller outdoor table which can seat two. This balcony has ocean views.

The apartment is on the top floor + access by 3 flights of stairs.

Blue Bells is in a quiet residential building in a residential street. It is suitable for families and couples who respect that.

Bookings & Conditions

Minimum stay 7 nights. Shorter stays of min 3 nights possible pending availalbity. Daily rates of less than one week charged as proportion of weekly rate plus 15%.

The apartment best suits up to 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.

No pets allowed.

No Smoking inside the apartment or common areas of the building

Parking is available within the building for A$10 /day. Parking on the street is metered with a 2 hour limit.

A 5% laundry surcharge is applicable for four people or the use of two beds.

Reductions are available for longer stays.

A refundable bond of A$500 is required on arrival against damage and breakages.

A 25% deposit will secure your booking.

Payment can be made in direct to Australian bank account

Payment can be made by Credit Card using paypal, subject to a 4% surcharge.

  • "We were the first people to stay in the renovated property. The location is fantastic - very close to the beach, with water views from a couple of angles. With the closeness came road noise - this will be a fact of life anywhere in Bondi so close to the beach, due to many partying visitors from all over the globe! The renovation itself was well done - we assume by now early snagging problems with e.g. TV and drainage have been sorted."
